Churchill Row is a unique development of both timber lofts and luxury rowhouses in the heart of Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood. The project received the Distinguished Building Award from the Illinois Institute of Architects. Designed by Hirsch Associates, these extraordinary homes contain 2 and 3 bedroom lofts, and 3 to 5 bedroom rowhomes. Completed in 2002, Churchill Row features a playful mixture of modernism and industrial detailing.
